Most landscape beds hit a point where they just look tired. The stone is thin, weeds are pushing through, and whatever was planted years ago either outgrew the space or never really fit to begin with. That's exactly the kind of situation we got called in to fix - twice.

We recently wrapped up two separate jobs, both involving 1.5" Keystone stone and new shrub plantings. The stone is a solid choice for beds like these. It stays put, cuts way down on weeding, and gives everything a clean, finished look that holds up season after season. No annual mulch top-offs, no fading. Just a low-maintenance base that lets your plants stand out.

On one of the jobs, we used our compact track loader to move and spread the stone efficiently - especially useful on tighter residential properties where you can't just roll in with a full-size machine. Getting the material placed right and packed in evenly makes a bigger difference than most people realize. It's one of those details that separates a clean install from one that looks rough after the first hard rain.

The new shrubs we put in complement the stone nicely. Fresh plantings add structure and soften the edges of the beds at the same time. And when you pair them with a clean stone base, the whole front of the house just reads sharper. Better curb appeal isn't always about a big overhaul - sometimes it's about getting the basics done right.

Whether your beds need a full redo or just a refresh, this kind of work is exactly what we do. Rock installation, shrub planting, lawn care and maintenance - we handle it all and take the guesswork out of making your yard look its best.
